Job summary

Full-time, on-site position with varied day and evening shifts. The role requires ARRT certification and state licensure, plus CT certification within 18 months and relevant clinical radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification or NMTCB CNMT.
• State licensure required for AZ, WY, NV; radiography or nuclear medicine CT license prior to hire (not in Colorado).
• ARRT CT certification within 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• This position typically requires two years of clinical radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed radiology procedures by following orders and policies.
• Educates patients and families regarding procedures to be performed.
• Produces high quality images and maintains documentation and records.
• Maintains equipment quality control and troubleshoots as needed to ensure performance.
• Keeps a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and adheres to safety policies.
• Supports efficient department workflow and monitors supplies to prevent interruptions.
