Banner Health in Mesa, Arizona is seeking an Acute CT Technologist to perform CT examinations per established policies and protocols. This role requires coordination with radiology staff to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Candidates must hold a radiologic technology certificate/diploma, ARRT NMTCB certification, and AZ/WY/NV licensure with ARRT(CT) or NMTCB(CT) certification within 18 months. BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• National Certification required from ARRT or NMTCB.
• State licensure required for AZ/WY/NV; CT license prior to hire.
• Advanced CT certification within 18 months of hire (ARRT CT or NMTCB CT).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed CT procedures following provider orders.
• Educates patients/families about procedures and maintains professional conduct.
• Produces high quality images and prepares them for interpretation.
• Maintains equipment quality control and safety of patients and staff.
