Job summary

Banner Health Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY is seeking an Acute CT Technologist to perform CT procedures in a busy medical imaging department. You will ensure accurate imaging, follow departmental policies, and contribute to timely interpretations in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Radiologic Technology certificate or diploma, ARRT CT certification, state licensure, BLS, and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• National Certification from ARRT or NMTCB required.
• State licensure for WY; licensure prior to hire.
• Advanced CT certification required within 18 months of hire (ARRT-CT or NMTCB-CT).
• BLS certification required.
• Two years of clinical imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed CT procedures following orders and policies.
• Educates patients and families about procedures and treatment.
• Produces high-quality CT images and documents results for interpretation.
• Maintains equipment quality control and safety standards.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and professional responsibilities.
• Ensures efficient workflow and inventory in the department.
• Interprets and performs procedures independently per department policies.
