Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification or NMTCB CNMT required or equivalent.
• AZ/WY/NV state radiography or CT licensure prior to hire.
• ARRT-CT advanced certification within 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically two years of radiology experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to safety and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed CT procedures following orders and policies.
• Educate patients about procedures and provide compassionate care.
• Produce high‑quality images and document results for interpretation.
• Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment quality control and report malfunctions.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional radiology standards.
• Monitor supplies and support department workflow to prevent interruptions.
• Collaborate with radiology staff, nursing and physicians as needed.
