Job summary

Spring View Hospital is seeking a motivated Ultrasound Technician to provide diagnostic sonography services and patient-focused imaging across all ages. You will collaborate with physicians, maintain equipment, and contribute to quality care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications include a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program graduate or ARRT/DMS certification, with BLS within 30 days. Prior experience preferred; on-site schedule, full-time position with comprehensive hospital benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or School of Radiology.
• One year of diagnostic medical sonography experience preferred.
• ARRT/DMS certification and BLS within 30 days of hire are required/licensing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Performs sonographic examinations and procedures as requested by the referring physician.
• Provides age-appropriate care to patients across the lifespan.
• Maintains supplies and ensures a clean, orderly work area and notifies supervisor of needed items.
• Maintains and calibrates equipment to ensure accuracy and longevity.
• Acts as a consultant and educational resource for physicians and staff regarding scans.
