Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an acute care contract in Whitehall, Wisconsin. This 13-week assignment is 40 hours per week, with dayshift and an 8-hour schedule in an acute care hospital setting.

Qualified candidates will hold Wisconsin PT licensure, a graduation from an accredited PT program, and BLS. Prior PT experience and strong communication with patients and staff are required.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1-year as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care per facility guidelines
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers
• May delegate and supervise PT assistants and technicians
