UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is seeking a part‑time Registered Nurse for the Transplant Medicine Unit. Weekend days are required, onsite with no remote option. Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, depending on experience, with a quarterly night shift incentive available for eligible shifts.

The role emphasizes direct patient care using the nursing process, teamwork, and evidence‑based practice. RN licensure and BLS are essential, with preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• BLS CPR certification from AHA/Red Cross, valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per nursing process.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Uphold safety, quality, and evidence-based practice at the point of care.
• Precept new staff and integrate with UCHealth protocols.
