Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to provide care across the continuum for transplant patients.
• Provide primary and/or specialty-specific care, including assessment, orders, interpretation of diagnostic tests, and pharmacologic/non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Teach and counsel patients and families; monitor treatment effectiveness; make referrals when needed.
