Tufts Medicine's Lowell General Emergency Department is seeking an experienced RN to join the Acute Care Transition Team. You will provide expert inpatient nursing care and partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, seamless patient transitions while awaiting an inpatient bed.
