Lowell General Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join our Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway at the Main Campus Emergency Room. The role involves providing expert inpatient nursing care, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, seamless transitions, and improving patient flow and outcomes in a dynamic environment.

You'll practice at the top of your license, implement evidence-based interventions, and contribute to a new model of care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.
• Experience level based on the assigned RN level (I–IV).
• BSN is preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Integrates evidence-based practice into clinical care.
• Conducts accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans.
