Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a nursing program (required).
• Preference for Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and compassionate care skills.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and educate patients and families.
• Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate patient care to ensure safety and positive outcomes.
• Administer treatments and medications; monitor and document interventions.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans; discharge planning; participate in team decisions.
• Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
