Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (mandatory).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.

• Ability to work in a clinical environment, adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
• Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and promoting positive interactions.
