Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in clinical technology and documentation; respond effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making, focusing on patient goals.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care via interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and promoting a respectful environment.

• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster workforce development and model professional nursing practice.
• Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and system-wide initiatives for optimal outcomes.
