Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and use of clinical technology.

Responsabilités

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally competent care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.
• Coordinate safe clinical care through effective communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and serving as preceptor for staff and students.
• Promote research, uphold policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Contribute to resource planning, protocol development, and care continuity across the care continuum.
