Job Overview

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years preferred
• Age 17 with work permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Reading and math skills appropriate to the role

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with and document basic patient care tasks under RN supervision
• Maintain competency in trained tasks and complete assignments timely
• Ensure safety and report hazards or safety events
• Follow infection control policies and emergency procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Manage supplies and equipment, report issues promptly
• Engage in self-growth and support organizational changes
