Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Provide complex wound and drain care.
• Closely monitor for postoperative complications and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Utilize advanced technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
