Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Eligible for Virginia licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute, trauma, and surgical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Perform bedside procedures (e.g., I&D, chest tubes, central lines).
• Assist in surgical care and patient management.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Coordinate care, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
