Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Egg Harbor Township, NJ seeks an Acute Care Surgeon to perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures, evaluate and treat chronic wounds, and collaborate with care teams in post-acute settings.

This role offers a full-time or part-time arrangement with a salary range of $250,000 to $500,000 per year for full-time, plus per-patient and per-procedure pay and quarterly bonuses for top performers.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in NJ (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background welcomed; no wound-care experience required.
• Pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and skills testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and sharp debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Use advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborate with care teams in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
• Follow patients through healing.
