Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking Trauma Surgeons to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday style schedule with full-time or part-time options.

Trauma training supports wound care duties, including debridement and bedside procedures, while preserving surgical skills. Competitive compensation includes $200,000–$300,000 per year for full-time, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Unrestricted medical license in the practice state (or eligibility)
• DEA license or eligibility
• Wound care training is provided if no prior wound care experience

Responsibilities

• Perform trauma-related debridement and bedside procedures
• Evaluate and treat chronic and complex wounds including post-surgical wounds
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities for post-acute care
• Provide patient follow-up and outcomes tracking
• Maintain high-quality documentation and clinical autonomy
