Job summary

Memorial Pembroke Rehabilitation seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our inpatient/outpatient team within Memorial Pembroke. You will contribute to diverse patient care, educate families, and design evidence-based treatment plans while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary rehab staff.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Florida licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP. A supportive environment with mentoring, clinical ladder options, and ongoing CEU access is

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with appropriate licensure in Florida.
• Current BLS certifications and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials as listed.
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans.
• Provides information regarding adaptive equipment and support resources.
• Designs and implements a plan of care aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Supervises and mentors peers and support personnel.
