Job summary

- Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs addressing speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Provide education to clients and caregivers.
- Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with team members, patients, and families.
- Establish and update formal plans of care addressing individual patient needs.
