Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in acute care is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults with complex and evolving needs.
• Manage IV therapy and medication administration as prescribed.
• Monitor changes in condition and respond promptly to deterioration.
• Coordinate safe discharges and transition of care across levels.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and prevention.
