Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a registered nurse for a fast-paced NT6 Observation unit with 43 beds providing acute care for diverse patient populations, including cardiac, surgical, and behavioral health cases.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and modify individualized care plans, administer treatments, and ensure patient safety while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Strong documentation and responsive care are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Nursing diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and ensure accurate medication administration.
• Ensure patient safety and monitor for changes in condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
