Job summary

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized care and positive patient outcomes, using evidence-based practice and participating in performance improvement, education, and protocol development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (single or multi-state) required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities
