Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality of care. Evening, night, and weekend shifts are possible to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program and demonstrate ability to assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential.
• Experience in surgical orthopedic and total joint care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families and participate in unit-based decision-making.
• Administer treatments and medications and evaluate patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
