Job summary

HCH brand is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a collaborative setting. You will assess needs, plan and deliver care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, and ongoing evaluation of care plans, in alignment with nursing standards. Ohio RN licensure, BLS and ACLS are required, with a preference for applicants with prior nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio RN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renders personal and professional care to patients using a systematic approach to assess needs, plan care, and provide direct care.
• Facilitates collaboration among disciplines to deliver unified, seamless care delivery.
• Promotes patient advocacy and safety while developing and evaluating the plan of care.
