Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care
• RN license required or eligible for licensure in Missouri
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient safety

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Provides education to patients and families about conditions, treatments and post-discharge care.
