CHS Career Site is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through assessment, planning, and evaluation. You will coordinate with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality care in line with clinical protocols and orders.

The role emphasizes administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families. Prior experience is preferred but not required for outstanding new graduates.

Formación

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• Requires RN licensure in MO and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Document care and patient education in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/Code team activities.
