Job Description

Job Overview

• Completing all necessary clinical office paperwork
• Serving as a point of contact for clinical phone calls
• Definity Contrast Study
• Nurse visits as necessary to patients who are not able to come into the office (most of their time will be spent in the office)
• Contributes to and supports the corporation's quality initiatives by planning, communicating and encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation's quality improvement efforts.
• Responsible for collaboration with healthcare team to provide feedback, updates and recommendations regarding health status and plan of care for patient.
• Coordinates Home Health and Hospice referrals.
• Documents all care coordination communications and interventions

Requirements

• RN license in the state of NV
• Must have ACLS
• Must have strong computer skills
• 2 years of acute care experience

Hours for this Position

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
