Responsibilities

• Performs assessments and develops individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Delivers direct patient care including treatments, medications and diagnostics, and evaluates intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharge planning and patient education.
• Addresses patient and family needs throughout hospitalization, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Participates in unit decision-making, evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and contributes to a safe, team-oriented environment.
