Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient needs to ensure quality care.
• Provide input and updates on the patient care plan to ensure it is followed.
• Obtain, administer and monitor medications according to facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with medical staff to ensure prompt, quality care and carry out physician orders as directed.
