Job summary

• Medication administration following SSH policies and procedures.
• Plan, document, and communicate a prioritized plan of care for each patient.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Pursue professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Utilize technology and maintain proficiency with department systems.
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to SSH privacy policies.
• Engage with patients and families to support patient-centered care.
