Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., seeks a Registered Nurse to provide safe and competent care in a busy acute setting in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes leadership and support to the healthcare team and adherence to patient-centered care principles.

The position requires Nevada RN licensure, BLS, and preferably a BSN. Prior acute care experience is preferred; ACLS/PALS may be required by department. A dedication to service excellence and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active RN license in Nevada.
• BSN degree preferred; ACLS/PALS may be required by department.
• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience or completion of a specialty program.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• DemonstratePatient Centered Care as the foundation of nursing care.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision and uphold Service Excellence standards.
