Job summary

Summerlin Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide safe and competent care across units, with emphasis on patient-centered practice and teamwork. The role requires BSN preference and an active Nevada RN license with current BLS, ACLS, and possibly PALS/NRP certifications.

One year of acute care experience is preferred, and successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification. ACLS/PALS or NRP certifications as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
