Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada; BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS or NRP certifications preferred; required by facility.
• One year of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course by hire.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide supervised staff; demonstrate service excellence at all times.
• Uphold the principles of patient-centered care in all nursing activities.
