Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with current licensure.
• Licensure as a registered nurse in a U.S. state or territory.
• English proficiency for direct patient care per VA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients.
• Oversee nursing staff and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in education, orientation, and competency development.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient outcomes initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership in delivering holistic patient care.
