Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license in the U.S. or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care to residents and patients.
• Collaborate with licensed professionals and support staff to ensure safe transitions of care.
• Lead and participate in education, orientation, and competency activities.
• Apply high reliability principles and I CARE values to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and shared governance initiatives.
• Maintain patient-focused care with attention to ethics and cultural sensitivity.
