Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients.
• Direct nursing staff including LVNs and assistants as appropriate.
• Lead orientation, competencies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Participate in activities to sustain evidence-based practice.
• Support colleagues and manage competing priorities during shifts.
