Job summary

St. Charles Health System seeks an Acute Care RN for a temporary night-shift role serving Redmond, Oregon. The RN will provide bedside patient care across Med/Surg and related units, supervise care teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practices in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Requirements include an active Oregon RN license, BLS, and strong communication and teamwork skills. BSN is preferred; experience in acute care is valued.

Qualifications

• As required by RN licensure and credentialing.
• Current Oregon RN license is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support certification required; department-specific acute care certs preferred.
• BSN is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient and family centered care in accordance with policy.
• Oversee the work of other caregivers during shifts.

• Administer medications and ensure safe dosages.
