Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current RN license and state practice eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care including discharge planning.
• Provide safe, patient-centered care respecting autonomy and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to revise care plans as needed.
• Support training and education of staff and students.
