Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelors in Nursing (Preferred).
• RN licensure required; BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, and disease specifics while reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families via bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds to align goals.
• Practice based on current clinical practice standards.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care and documentation with an interdisciplinary care team.
