Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing diploma (BSN preferred).
• RN license valid for Georgia; multi-state compact preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Less than 1 year direct patient care experience or completion of accredited nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Documents care and participates in governance and performance improvement activities.
