Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical Services to deliver day-to-day patient care in line with standards and policies.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan care for patients across age groups; supervising staff on shift and escalating unusual problems to leadership. Georgia RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS and PALS must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Formación

• Education: associate degree in nursing is required.
• Clinical competence in nursing.
• Licensure, Certifications & Registration: Georgia RN license; BLS Provider; ACLS and PALS within 90 days of employment.
• Completion of an acute care clinical preceptorship or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day patient care in Medical Surgical Services.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care across life stages.
• Supervise professional and skilled personnel during assigned shifts.
• Refer unusual clinical or administrative problems to management.
