Job summary

IntelliResume seeks a licensed Registered Nurse for the Nursing Acute unit in Oak Bluffs, MA. The role requires 2-3 years of Medical/Surgical experience and a current MA RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2-3 years of Medical/Surgical experience.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, and social dimensions of patients.
• Apply knowledge of illnesses and use resources in the assessment process.
• Provide written assessments of patients on admission.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Summarize assessment data and create nursing care plans.
• Implement plans of care and nursing orders.
• Communicate plans via Bedside Shift Report.
• Report patient care issues to Clinical Coordinator or supervisor.
