Sidney Regional Medical Center in Sidney, Nebraska is seeking an experienced and positive full-time Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team, which includes Med-Surg, ICU, Labor & Delivery, and ER.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse Nursing program.
• License as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.
• Prefer experience in Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to achieve prioritized outcomes.
• Assess the patient and document health status and medical history; monitor changes and respond appropriately.
• Implement priority nursing actions and discharge planning; address education, physiological, psychological, and environmental factors.
• Administer and monitor IV solutions and medications; manage peripheral and central lines as ordered.
• Provide direct patient care with emphasis on safety, comfort, and ongoing status documentation; collaborate with the health team.
