Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Chief Nursing Officer in leading the patient care team, implementing the nursing process, and ensuring safe, effective care. The role emphasizes education, advocacy, and adherence to CMS and local regulatory standards.

The nurse will participate in quality improvement, unit planning, and staff development while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care in an on-site hospital setting.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License is required.
• Certification in clinical specialty or management desired.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS within 30 days of hire; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP must be AHA certified.

Responsabilités

• Supports Chief Nursing Officer in leading patient care teams.
• Ensures safety, recovery and comfort of patients using the nursing process.
• Assists with quality improvement and growth of unit services; leads collaboration with staff and departments.
