Job summary
Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, NV seeks a registered nurse (RN) with a strong focus on patient care and leadership. You will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care, support the healthcare team, and champion patient-centered practices in a busy, award-winning facility.
Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/NRP certifications, plus readiness for pre-employment assessments. BSN preferred; acute care experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- One year of acute care experience or approved specialty course within 6 months.
- Nevada RN license; current BLS, ACLS and PALS/NRP certifications.
- Must pass pre-employment assessments.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with hospital policy and standards.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence in daily practice.
- Oversee and guide staff under supervision; ensure quality patient outcomes.
