UPMC Cole is hiring a full-time Staff RN for our 3 Main Acute Care department. This day shift position runs 7:00 am–7:00 pm with off-shift coverage as needed; every other weekend and holiday rotation is required.

The RN coordinates total nursing care, educates patients and families, and leads by collaborating with the care team. Current PA RN license, BLS/CPR, and licensure requirements apply; sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 or $7,500 for less experienced.

Qualificações

• Current PA RN nursing license required.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains nursing care standards and implements hospital policies.
• Assesses patient needs, prescribes actions and coordinates discharge planning.
• Supervises nursing staff and administers medications and treatments.
• Coordinates care for therapy/procedures and ensures patient safety.
