Job summary

• BSN preferred or willing to acquire within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and support services.
• Provide direct nursing care using evidence-based practices and document patient status.
• Educate patients and families and ensure safe transitions of care.
