Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is seeking an RN for the Night Shift in the Clinical Care Annex. This full-time role covers 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks) on a night schedule.

Night Shift Incentive Program adds $1,600 per quarter ($6,400 annually) for eligible full-time night shift RNs and LPNs, with onsite work only. Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• BLS CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross; valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and learners on clinical standards.
• Maintain safety and quality at the point of care.
